  • I've been trying to eat more intuitively for a while now, and this app is exactly what I was looking for. Logging my meals on my phone is more convenient than pen and paper, but I was trying to use a calorie counting app and just ignore the calorie numbers. If you've ever been on a diet, you can probably guess how that went. This app is geared towards IE (hence the name), so it has no mention of calories, and it prompts you to check in with your body before and after meals. I love it so far!

  • I couldn't add any additional information about the food, only give it a name and track how hungry I was. How was that supposed to tell me anything about my eating habits?

  • This App is amazing. This exactly what I have been looking for. It almost makes me emotional (in a positive way) that this app is out there to support people that have an unhealthy relationship with food, ED's or are out of touch with their natural hunger and full signals. I finally feel like I'm going heal when it comes to food. You have to commit and put In the work but that is the best way to learn, be more intuitive and have lasting habits. The challenges are awesome. Excellent insentive ❤️

  • Very good! Simple food log (no calorie tracking) with optional picture. Primarily to track hunger cues, in response to meals. Reminds you a bit after a meal, to rate current hunger. Developer is very responsive to suggestions!
